If you are here, chances are that you are one of those women for whom everything looks fine from the outside. But inside, it does not feel that way.

You may feel stuck, flat, or constantly on edge. Nothing really excites you anymore, or the smallest things feel overwhelming. You might be asking yourself whether this is really as good as life gets.

This journey is for women who want more than coping - in life and relationships. They want to feel fully alive again. Connected. Present. Content. To live a life with meaning, and also with ease and enjoyment.
The process of working with me is twofold.
It involves letting go of what no longer fits, such as old roles, beliefs, expectations, or circumstances that keep you stuck. The version of yourself that you became to protect yourself, to survive and belong. And it also involves reclaiming what has been set aside over time, like your needs, your voice, your boundaries, and your right to stand up for yourself.
Our work together brings change into both identity and daily habits, so it is felt and lived, not just thought about.
This journey is not about fixing yourself. It is about releasing what was never really you and growing back into what is - fully alive, whole, connected, content.

I’m a life and relationship coach who cares deeply about guiding women to move beyond survival and autopilot, and into lives that genuinely excite them. Lives and relationships that feel alive, meaningful, and spacious, rather than managed and endured.
A core part of my work is relationships. I am passionate about helping people learn to relate differently, to step out of familiar patterns and “dance” in new ways with the people in their lives. When the way we show up in relationships changes, they can become more honest, fulfilling, and emotionally safe. And when this happens, we invite the dance partner in that relationship to also show up differently.
I’m also a wife, mom of three boys, PhD-holder (in entrepreneurship - not in coaching, parenting, or surviving teenage boys, unfortunately).
